Return & Refund Policy

Never worry about your purchase at Luxehouze Beauty! We guarantee that all the products you purchase are 100% authentic, so you can shop with peace of mind.

Also, feel free to use our Free Return policy in the events of faulty goods. All returns are subjected to the rules, including the rules around fair use, specified below.


Free return rules:

  1. Free Returns are available only up to 14 days after goods are received.
  2. We accept free returns only for reasons as follows:
    • A wrong item is received.
    • The item is damaged upon arrival.
    • The item looks different from what was ordered.
  1. Only Faulty Goods can be returned. Items are classified as faulty if they are damaged/expired/wrongfully sent when received. If an item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund.


Free return process:

  1. Always record the unboxing process in a video to make sure you have a valid proof.
  2. Contact our Customer Service Team to request for a return by clicking the WhatsApp button on the bottom right corner of our website. Let us know the details of your situation and provide the unboxing video.
  3. Our Customer Service Team will assess your situation and verify your request. Keep in mind that we may require buyers/sellers to submit more supporting documents within a stipulated time period before starting the investigation. 
  4. Once our Customer Service Team approves your request for return, please dispatch the item(s) you would like to return.
  5. Make sure to ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method and keep the tracking details for your record. Provide the receipt/tracking code to our Customer Service Team via WhatsApp.
  6. Pay attention to the condition of the returned items. Any returned item must be unopened, unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the condition originally sold; and that it is not damaged or soiled in any way.
  7. Wait for the refund process. The amount will be refunded through the original payment method. Please note that this process might take up to 14 working days depending on the payment provider.


Refund rules:

At Luxehouze’s sole discretion, the original purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Keep in mind that the refund processing time is subject to the respective bank or individual card issuer's internal procedures.


Shipping rules:

If you made your purchase online, the original shipping fee will not be refunded unless the item is defective/faulty in which case a full refund will be issued, subject to inspection and compliance with our policy. Luxehouze will bear the shipping fee for the item return.
