Particularly sensorial, the new Dior Addict Lip Glow is the 1st* lip balm formulated with 97% natural-origin ingredients,** essential for constituting a balm that is at once luscious and smooth, comfortable and nourishing. - Cherry oil helps reconstruct and strengthen the natural barrier function of the skin of the lips over the course of applications. The balm provides a sensation of instant comfort. - An oil with a composition similar to that of the lipids in the skin of the lips contributes to lip comfort, while helping to preserve hydration and nourish the lips. - Shea butter wraps the skin in a soft cocoon. - Sunflower and rice waxes guarantee a stick with greater solidity and fuse with the skin to release just the right dose of lip care.

1. Can be worn on its own for a subtle custom color-awakening effect and 24h* hydration. 2. Can be worn as a primer by removing excess product before applying lipstick, for smoothed and hydrated lips. 3. Can be worn under the corresponding shade of Dior Addict Lip Maximizer or Dior Addict Lip Glow Oil to play with the color.

Ordered items may be returned within 14 days of receipt provided if they are Faulty Goods.

Eligibility for returns:

Only Faulty Goods can be returned. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged/expired/wrong sent. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund.

Process for returns:

1. Please make sure to record an unboxing video as a valid evidence 
2. Contact our Customer Service Team to apply for a return by clicking the WhatsApp button on the bottom right of the website
3. Mention your issue and provide the unboxing video. Our Customer Service team will assess your issue.
4. Luxehouze may require buyers/sellers to submit more supporting documents within a stipulated time period before starting the investigation. 
5. Once the return is approved by the customer Service team, dispatch the product(s) you would like to return. Please ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping and keep the tracking details for your records.
6. Provide the receipt to our customer Service team using WhatsApp channel.
7. Wait for the refund process. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Please note this process might take up to 14 working days depending on the payment providers.

Condition of returned items:

The returned item is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered and in the condition originally sold; and that the Merchandise is not damaged or soiled in any way.

Refunds and exchanges:

In Luxehouze’s sole discretion, the original purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Please note that processing time for refunds is subject to the respective bank or individual card issuer's internal procedures.

Shipping and handling:

For refunds of online purchases, initial shipping fees will not be refunded unless the item is defective/faulty in which case a full refund will be made subject to inspection and compliance with our policy. Luxehouze will bear the delivery fees for returning the item.
