1. Rub hands together and place them like shells on the ears. Close the eyes, breathe deeply and immerse in the Le Soin Noir marine universe.​ 2. Warm a small amount of the formula with the palms of the hands and inhale the soothing fragrance of Le Soin Noir, inspired by oceans.​ 3.Apply the cream in upwards strokes. With the massage spatula, apply gentle smoothing pressure from the center outwards.​ 4. With the massage spatula, perform a smoothing massage over the entire face. ​5. Apply gentle pressure with 3 fingertips on meridian points, on the forehead, cheeks, and chin & the chest.

Ordered items may be returned within 14 days of receipt provided if they are Faulty Goods.

Eligibility for returns:

Only Faulty Goods can be returned. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged/expired/wrong sent. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund.

Process for returns:

1. Please make sure to record an unboxing video as a valid evidence 
2. Contact our Customer Service Team to apply for a return by clicking the WhatsApp button on the bottom right of the website
3. Mention your issue and provide the unboxing video. Our Customer Service team will assess your issue.
4. Luxehouze may require buyers/sellers to submit more supporting documents within a stipulated time period before starting the investigation. 
5. Once the return is approved by the customer Service team, dispatch the product(s) you would like to return. Please ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping and keep the tracking details for your records.
6. Provide the receipt to our customer Service team using WhatsApp channel.
7. Wait for the refund process. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Please note this process might take up to 14 working days depending on the payment providers.

Condition of returned items:

The returned item is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered and in the condition originally sold; and that the Merchandise is not damaged or soiled in any way.

Refunds and exchanges:

In Luxehouze’s sole discretion, the original purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Please note that processing time for refunds is subject to the respective bank or individual card issuer's internal procedures.

Shipping and handling:

For refunds of online purchases, initial shipping fees will not be refunded unless the item is defective/faulty in which case a full refund will be made subject to inspection and compliance with our policy. Luxehouze will bear the delivery fees for returning the item.
