Massage over face with gentle circular motions. Rinse thoroughly with water. FUTURE SOLUTION LX CONCENTRATED BALANCING SOFTENER E Apply each morning and evening after cleansing skin. Pump the dispenser twice on a cotton pad, and lightly fold the pad to allow softener to spread evenly over the face. FUTURE SOLUTION LX TOTAL REGENERATING CREAM E Use at night after Concentrated Balancing Softener E. Take the amount of two pearl beads onto your palm with the spatula, and smooth it over your entire face. FUTURE SOLUTION LX EYE AND LIP CONTOUR REGENERATING CREAM E Use every morning and night. In the morning, use before applying product with UV protection effect. At night, use as the last step of your skincare regimen. Take cream onto the fingertips and spread it gently and slowly in the eye and mouth areas. Massage Techniques Eye area massage 1. With your fingers, press the hollows just below the start of the eyebrows and then glide the fingers around the eyes to circle them. Press the temples. 2. Gently lift the under eye area, and lift the eyelids from the inner eye corners up to the temples. (Repeat 6 times each) Mouth area massage 1. Stretch the upper lip outwards. Then pull up the corners of the lower lip. 2. Exert slightly more pressure when stretching the lips outward. (Repeat 6 times each) Exercise for the eye area 1. Open your eyes wide, and hold them for five seconds. 2. Slowly close your eyes until they are almost shut, and hold this position for five seconds. (Repeat 3 times)

Ordered items may be returned within 14 days of receipt provided if they are Faulty Goods.

Only Faulty Goods can be returned. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged/expired/wrong sent. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund.

Process for returns:

2. Contact our Customer Service Team to apply for a return by clicking the WhatsApp button on the bottom right of the website
3. Mention your issue and provide the unboxing video. Our Customer Service team will assess your issue.
4. Luxehouze may require buyers/sellers to submit more supporting documents within a stipulated time period before starting the investigation. 
5. Once the return is approved by the customer Service team, dispatch the product(s) you would like to return. Please ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping and keep the tracking details for your records.
6. Provide the receipt to our customer Service team using WhatsApp channel.
7. Wait for the refund process. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Please note this process might take up to 14 working days depending on the payment providers.

Condition of returned items:

The returned item is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered and in the condition originally sold; and that the Merchandise is not damaged or soiled in any way.

Refunds and exchanges:

In Luxehouze’s sole discretion, the original purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Please note that processing time for refunds is subject to the respective bank or individual card issuer's internal procedures.

Shipping and handling:

For refunds of online purchases, initial shipping fees will not be refunded unless the item is defective/faulty in which case a full refund will be made subject to inspection and compliance with our policy. Luxehouze will bear the delivery fees for returning the item.
